We have 1mm Titanium Shims designed to fit the Brembo 4 Piston Caliper used on the Ford Focus RS.


Our shims are designed to limit heat transfer through the backing plate of the brake pad and into the brake caliper pistons. Our plates are cut from Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5)Titanium which is the material of choice for this application. 


We offer these in 4 piece sets which will protect the caliper pistons from heat during track events helping prevent caliper seal damage, fluid boiling and they also help prevent the pistons from deforming the back plate surface at extended operating temperatures.
